😬 I will tell you when I think you’re making a bad decision.

This house on Bass Rd in Macon Ga is the perfect starter home for any college graduate ready to buy.

This house is thoughtfully renovated so when you move them in, all you’ll need to do is go to Walmart for an air fryer and dishes. 🍽️

💰And when they get married and want to trade up, this is a great property to keep and rent out as part of their retirement plan.

Zero downside and that is of course, all you ever want for your kids and their future.

We forgot the tools to put the open house sign out, so we improvised! We got a total of 55 honks between us (Annie won 🙄) and 3 people came back to check it out.
We were sweaty but dedicated to getting this house sold!
