As a Valley native, with over 20 years of experience as a Realtor and Marketing Professional, Tara Zontanos has proven results as a top performer in her field. s from Arizona State University. During her early career, she worked as a Writer for both Channel 10 and KEDJ/KHOT/KGME radio, where she also developed all marketing materials, wrote on-air advertising copy and organized promotional events. Because of her strong writing and communication skills, Tara also excelled as a Public Relations Director for 2 large companies where she had many accomplishments, including the creation of national advertising campaigns, as well as garnering and working closely with celebrity figures. Her early career experiences and expertise in marketing has proven to be invaluable to her career in Real Estate. Tara has been recognized with various sales and performance awards, but most important, Tara was awarded multiple customer service awards for her work in New Home Sales. Most recently, Tara became educated through coursework and a mentorship program to become a Business Broker. As a member of the AZBBA (Arizona Business Brokers Association), she gained extensive knowledge on pricing, analyzing and selling businesses, in addition to selling Residential Real Estate. Tara bases her business on a philosophy of integrity, excellence in customer service, dedication and persistence for her clients, as well as a strong knowledge of current market trends. Tara is continually learning and growing, as the market is continually changing.
