REAL ESTATE TIP: You donā€™t need to buy a house to enjoy a great steakā€¦ šŸ˜‚šŸ„©

today Iā€™m doing some very serious market research at Perryā€™s Steakhouse in Gilbert.

And let me tell youā€¦ this steak did NOT disappoint. šŸ”„

Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and honestlyā€¦ I may have found something more satisfying than getting a house under asking price. šŸ˜‚

The food? šŸ”„
The steak? šŸ”„šŸ”„
The atmosphere? šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

If youā€™re in Gilbert and you love a good steak, Perryā€™s is definitely worth checking out.

Iā€™ll keep showing housesā€¦ but apparently Iā€™ll also be showing up for dinner. šŸ˜ŽšŸ„©

If you LOVE great BBQ, you need to put Caldwell County BBQ in Peoria on your list! šŸ¤¤šŸ”„
This place is seriously impressive. Theyā€™ve been ranked Top 8 in the country, and after trying it, I can absolutely see why!
šŸ„© Prime-grade brisket ā€” incredibly moist, tender and packed with smoky flavor
šŸŒ¶ļø Homemade jalapeƱo sausage ā€” flavorful with just the right kick
šŸ”„ Everything is cooked low and slow in smokers using real wood ā€” and you can taste the difference!
This is the kind of BBQ where the quality of the meat and the smoke do the talking. That brisket was the standout for me ā€” moist, flavorful and absolutely delicious!

8315 W Washington St
Peoria, AZ 85345
If youā€™re in the West Valley and havenā€™t tried this place yet, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! šŸ‘ŠšŸ”„
Go hungry, order some brisket, grab that jalapeƱo sausage, and thank me later!

Hi Everyone. I have a beautiful, custom-built home on the mountain listed, and weā€™ve just made a price adjustment to $999,999. This is a remarkable home fully custom-built on the mountain in 2022 from the ground up. Gorgeous views of South Mountain in front and downtown city views in the back. Truly special home. The owners meticulously hand-picked every single detail with the highest quality materials all throughout. There is no Hoa, so you donā€™t have anyone telling you what you can and canā€™t do. RV gate on the side so you can store your RV, outdoor vehicles, or cars right on the property. Nature all around, with hiking and biking within walking distance. Short drive to the airport , shopping , dining, and entertainment. Yet you have great privacy and a peaceful nature since you are up on the mountain. This home is irreplaceable and a great value at this new price. If anyone is interested or knows someone who wants to move, feel free to reach out to me, and I would be honored to help in any way I can.

My dad was a great man, father, and husband. I loved him very much and miss him terribly already. He passed away and is in the kingdom of heaven with god now. He loved my mom, my brother, and me so much. He was always there for us through everything. I am proud he was my dad, and Iā€™m proud to be his son. He taught me how to be a man of integrity, that I could be great if I worked hard enough, and that family was everything. Everything he did his whole life was for his family. He and my mom sacrificed so much for me and my brother they really are the best parents anyone could ever have. My mom worked so hard to take care of him and give him the best quality of life possible while he was sick. She did such a great job taking care of him and keeping him at home where he would be most comfortable. He had everything that actually matters in life. A loving wife of almost 50 years and 2 sons who loved him to the max. I am so grateful for my dad and everything he did for us growing up. He always believed in me, even when I didnā€™t believe in myself. He helped instill a confidence in me that I could do anything if I work hard enough. He was strong, and his life is a story of resilience and love for his family, which is his legacy. He had a great sense of humor; even in his final days, he would still make us laugh. I have so many wonderful memories with my dad that I will hold onto. I will spend the rest of my life to make him proud, and I hope I can be half as good a father as he was someday. Love you, Dad, thank you for everything.
