Butler, Giraudo & Meister, P.C., a Central Illinois law firm, has an immediate job opening for a part-time Billing Manager to perform all-purpose duties related to client billing, which may include, but is not limited to: issuing client invoices, record keeping, managing Accounts Receivables, applying Cash Handling procedures to firm standards, and providing a professional customer experience to all clients, ensuring the consistent application of firm values, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.

It is anticipated that on average, the incumbent will work approximately 20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible. Professional workspace within the firm office will be provided, with the potential of some work being done remotely.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment

2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to focus, and pay close attention to detail

Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, client billing software, etc.

Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
