Korey Rademacher is a Realtor in the Gulf Coast area. He's a trusted resource for buying and selling. Real estate has been my passion since college.

Even while I was studying for my accounting degree I envisioned myself being heavily involved in the business, I just wasn't quite sure what angle I would take. Soon, I learned there are MANY different ways to get involved in real estate. Fast forwarding to today, I now have purchased homes for my own family to live in, analyzed hundred of houses for investment purposes, managed my own investment properties as well as managed for my clients. With years of built up knowledge, I've since discovered the joy of teaching. I've always enjoyed helping others analyze a potential house flip or buy and hold investment. However, as a realtor, I also have the skill set to teach a new home buyer what to look out for in their journey for their first home. Buying a home can be stressful, but with knowledge and the right guidance it should be a fun experience.

Sometimes, it makes sense to rent instead of buy. 🤯 (You read that right) I took my wife and kids out on a pontoon I rented today. It broke down and we were floating around for several hours. But my level of stress was pretty close to zero. We went swimming and enjoyed our time out there while waiting for someone to tow us in. If it was my boat, I'd be stressing about the cost of the repairs and how to get back to shore.
The same goes with home ownership.

I know every Realtor has a graph to convince you otherwise. But think it through with your own financial situation and don't let your agent make that decision for you.
Accounting/finance is what I went to college for so I'm more than happy to work through the numbers with you.

One of my girls volunteered to pose on behalf of this out of town client.
I helped her purchase this home for under 130k almost 6 years ago! Feels like that was only two years ago!

Congratulations to West Florida Baptist Academy and West Florida Baptist Church on Closing!! An exciting milestone as they officially closed on a new property! This new land will allow the church to continue to grow, share the Gospel, and serve our community.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to have helped them through the process and it was an honor to get to work alongside this amazing ministry. We are excited to see how God will continue to bless the next chapter at West Florida Baptist.
