It is time to talk about Uninsured Motorist insurance coverage, the most important automobile insurance coverage you can get to protect you and your family. As inflation continues and money gets tighter, one of the things many people do is quit paying their car insurance. There are no immediate consequences unless they get pulled over, and they can delay paying any fines and reinstatement fees until they have to renew their tags many months down the line. Is this legal, NO. Does it happen, YES. About 1 out of every 3 people who come into my office with injuries from a car crash have been hit by someone who doesn’t have valid car insurance. These injured people are stuck paying thousands of dollars in medical bills out of their own pockets for injuries from a car crash that wasn’t their fault. Fortunately, you can cover yourself and your family against this situation by purchasing Uninsured Motorist coverage on your automobile insurance policy. This insurance covers you and your family if the person that hits you does not have valid insurance. The State of Florida has deemed this insurance coverage so important that you have to physically (or electronically) sign a form saying that you are rejecting this important coverage before an insurance company can sell you a policy without this important insurance coverage. I have attached a copy of this form for your review. Uninsured Motorist insurance coverage is relatively cheap and will protect your family from being stuck with significant medical bills from a car crash that isn’t your fault. For your family’s sake, make sure you get Uninsured Motorist insurance coverage the next time you renew your automobile insurance.

There are hundreds of personal injury lawyers in Pensacola and many more in the State of Florida. HELP!! My law firm’s lease is up and the landlord has sold the building. Half my staff work from home. Therefore, I need some office space near downtown Pensacola with 2-3 offices and access to a conference room. If anybody knows of anything, please message me and let me know.
