On September 1, 2017 I began my journey as a Head Productivity Coach and launched The Locker Room Pensacola at Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast.

Focusing on helping both new and experienced real estate agents create sustainable real estate businesses (25 transactions per year), and with the help of fellow coaches A.j. Wallin and Bertha Mecias-Ortiz, we began to guide agents to create lives worth living, businesses worth owning, and legacies worth leaving.

In the 4 years since launch, the agents we served have closed 577 transactions totaling $122,839,894 in volume. Compared to the 647 other FIRMS (not just offices) in the MLS in our area, we rank #31 (top 4.8%).

What is most significant for me is the impact we had on the lives of the agents we guide, some of whom were brand new agents… they earned $3,303,374 in gross commissions.

On September 1, 2021 I will be transitioning away from the head productivity coach role at Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast to focus exclusively on serving individual agents and The Locker Room tribe as a Growth Partner.
