Trying to get a showing set up for a buyer on a property that is listed with a "discount/ set fee listing brokerage". The contact number for the listing agent in the agent notes section is not even an active number. When I call their office number I get 3 options, "Press 1 to contact an agent on a property, Press 2 to list your property with us, Press 3 for all other questions." I press one, then put in the property address and then it just rings and hangs up on me. I pressed 3 and I am taken to a voice message where they say the best way to contact them is through email. So what do I do then?????? I press 2 to see if I can get ahold of a real person to help me with listing my property with them..... Sure enough someone answers. When I explain I need to set up a showing on one of their already listed properties; person says, "Let me take a message and I will email it to them". These types of companies only want your listings and they do not do any other work for you! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I promise trying to save a couple thousand dollars will cost you much more money in the long run! That is all lol
