COURT ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to forecasted winter weather, ALL court sessions scheduled for MONDAY, February 2, 2026, are CANCELED. Superior court administrative calendar scheduled for this date will be called on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Superior Court probation violation hearings scheduled for this date will be heard on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

All other cases set for MONDAY, February 2, 2026, will be rescheduled and notices will be mailed to the affected parties.

All applications for 50b domestic violence ex parte orders will be heard at the Robeson County Detention Center located at 120 Legend Road Lumberton, NC by the Magistrate assigned to duty at 2 p.m. The magistrate’s office will remain open 24/7. Take care and be safe.
