Yes! Travel is one of the main concerns parents often have especially when divorce is happening with small children. In mediation we are able to address these concerns and negotiate specifics on how travel will work post divorce even including who will hold passports for the kids.

Yes, of course! The child has the right to enjoy holidays with both parents. Remember, the parents are divorcing each other....they are not divorcing from the child. During mediation we discuss the most important holidays for each parent and negotiate how these will be shared. The mediator will even provide the parties different common options that work for other families so the parents can decide what will work best for their family. Mediation is very specific to each family and there is no one fits all approach.
