We’re excited to introduce a new and revamped coaching program at KW Preferred! Designed to give our agents even more hands-on support throughout every stage of their business. ❤️

Jennifer will be working closely with agents on coaching and contracts, helping prepare for listings, work confidently with buyers, navigate transactions, and stay supported all the way through closing.

Brynn will focus on business development, branding, coaching, accountability, and helping agents work through the questions and challenges that come with building and growing a successful real estate business.

Michele will continue bringing her experience, leadership, and guidance to our agents, while also helping lead classes and provide additional business support along the way.

Most importantly, we’re working together to create a coaching experience that is practical, supportive, and truly valuable for our agents — whether they’re building their foundation, working toward their next level, or simply need someone to help them work through what comes next.
