Watching Outer Banks with my daughter as a Realtor was stressful. 😂

Things Rafe should NOT be doing:

1. ❌ Entering a major real estate deal without his own representation.
2. ❌ Negotiating directly with the other side without his agent involved.
3. ❌ Signing documents he clearly doesn’t fully trust or understand.
4. ❌ Letting the people bringing him the deal explain the deal to him instead of getting independent advice.
5. ❌ Threatening to kill someone if the deal goes bad. 😂😂😂

Moral of the story: The Realtor involved in a transaction isn’t necessarily YOUR Realtor. Get your own representation and let your agent protect your interests.
