The older I get, the more I appreciate a good balance of both.

I personally love that my kitchen and office are more compartmentalized. There’s something cozy and peaceful about having dedicated spaces where people can focus, cook, work, study, or simply have a little quiet when needed.

But at the same time, I LOVE that the dining room, living room, and family room in our home all flow together and open out into our outdoor living space. It makes entertaining feel effortless and creates such a warm gathering place for family and friends. 🤍

Coweta County continues to see increasing inventory and is trending more toward a buyer-friendly market. There are currently approximately 780 homes on the market, creating more choices and stronger negotiating opportunities for buyers.

Current inventory by school district includes:

• Northgate High School: approximately 182 active listings
• Newnan High School: over 200 active listings
• East Coweta High School: over 350 active listings

Generally speaking, buyers in Coweta County currently have more purchasing power and are often able to negotiate significant concessions.

The biggest takeaway this spring: Real estate remains hyper-local. Two homes only a few miles apart can have completely different experiences depending on price, condition, school district, and buyer demand.
