Authorities failed to answer the call, so this man did the right thing. I would hope these charges get dismissed.

After repeatedly trying to get authorities to assist a wounded raccoon near the Luzerne County Courthouse, a local defense attorney took matters into his own hands and fatally shot it with a revolver.
