U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg has already issued a temporary restraining order, effective for 14 days. Judge Boasberg stated that the application of the Alien Enemies Act in this context, using terms like “invasion” and “predatory incursion” traditionally pertain to hostile acts by nation-states during wartime, not criminal organizations.

We now require certain applicants filing Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to submit Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, with their Form I-485 or the Form I-485 may otherwise be rejected"

In the past, some practitioners would submit adjustments without the required medical. This was because the medical would expire during the long processing times. So you'd eventually get an RFE for a current I-693 or you'd bring it to your interview. But now, you have to submit them together or risk getting a rejection.
