Dating a subordinate on the workplace is always a risky proposition. The power differential will always cast the company/organization in an unfavorable light because it can be hard to determine if the relationship/intimacy was truly consensual as opposed to being intentionally/unintentionally coerced.

The Boston Celtics have suspended their head coach Ime Udoka due to an improper relationship with a female subordinate.

Owners/Management within all organizations should take heed to this warning.
