#GettingToKnow... Dean Rallis. Dean joined Hahn & Hahn as the head of our Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice group in June of this year. As you'll read, Dean is a cowboy in every sense of the word.

For more than 35 years, I've focused my practice in business reorganization, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and out-of-court workouts. He has functioned as lead counsel for debtors, creditors (secured and unsecured), creditors’ committees and purchasers of assets, with extensive experience in the manufacturing, retail, real estate, healthcare, transportation industries, and municipalities. Mr. Rallis is a graduate of USC Marshall School of Business and USC Gould School of Law.
