"TEXAS "STAND YOUR GROUND" CASTLE LAW"

When an illegally hired ill-trained rogue City of Pasadena, Texas police officer, Jeffrey Dean Ginn, abandoned his morning assignment on July 10, 1991 as funeral procession motor es**rt telling other officers that he was leaving to go "mess with the Re**rd", and then goes to the home of Pasadena private resident, Marvin William Harris, to stealthily enter Marvin's curtilage through Marvin's 8' foot wooden gate with a "No Trespassing Sign" posted on it, without Marvin's permission to enter, without a "search warrant" obtained and with his unauthorized pearl enameled, silver-plated personal name engraved "Lone Ranger" style C**t .45 six-shooter drawn and pointed at Marvin who was unarmed and was putting peach tree leaves and limbs into his unlit grill, as confirmed by the 1991 police report, to begin preparing it to cook the two pieces of frozen meat thawing on his kitchen counter, then he, Ginn, committed the crime of violating Marvin's civil rights and when Ginn begins shooting at Marvin, as also levidenced by the police report which states there were only four bullets found in the backyard and all four were from Ginn's gun, then Marvin, as per "Texas Stand Your Ground Castle Law, had the legal right to go back into his house to grab his M1 rifle to defend his life and property which Marvin did when Ginn began firing his last two bullets at Marvin at the front of Marvin's house.

As to whether Marvin actually killed Ginn
is unknown as Ginn was "life-flighted" to a hospital, where he later that day passed away,
and his autopsy image depicts a small bullet entry wound at the rightside of his head that was covered by his helmet which suffered no damage.
as evidenced by the image of it. Due to the neat clean appearance of the wound, it could not have been made by the M1as there would have been far more damage. The same is true if it was made by Ginn's .45, a gun often referred to as a "hand cannon"! But then, as the officer shot his last two bullets at Marvin which was what prompted Marvin to return fire and then threw the now useless .45 into the street, the wound was clearly not made by the .45 either!

As to what gun made the wound and who pulled the trigger is still unknown and, as the police murdered Marvin the next day ex*****on style by a SWAT bullet to the back of his head as he lay sleeping to keep him from going to trial where Ginn's illegal actions and that he was illegally hired and trained would've been exposed, it might never be known who shot Ginn, which means Marvin William Harris will forever remain "innocent until proven guilty beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt"! But, even if Marvin had killed Ginn who was the "agressor" and who created the illegal situation, thankfully there is now enough evidence to support that Marvin reacted according to the law and that he had the legal right to defend his life!

And Jesus said, when confronting the Jewish religious leaders:

"You hypocrites, you brood of vipers! You belong to your father, the devil, and you only want to carry out his desires for he was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language for he is a liar and the father of lies." NKJV John 8:44.

Strong words from Jesus but still clearly applicable today to the "leaders" my sister Jenniferlynn Martin and I have encountered in our 36 years journey to obtain justice for our police murdered "Whistle Blower" brother!

Included in these leaders, but not limited to, are the many city of Pasadena, Texas mayors, certain city council members and officials, the several police chiefs and other Texas LE agencies and agents: the Texas Rangers, Harris County DA, HCIFS, the Governor's office, several political leaders, and the FBI.

What is hard to fathom is how many of those mentioned claim to be a Christian, despite the Ten Commandments, "Thou shall not murder" and "Thou shall not bear false witness!" Also hard to understand is how many have taken an oath to uphold the law yet they violate the US constitutional right of every American citizen to not be conspired against and to not be murdered!

But, regardless of whether these leaders are a Christian or not, the following scripture is also still applicable:

"Be ye not deceived for God is not mocked, for what ye sow, so shall ye also reap. It is a fearful thing to fall into the Hands of the Living God!"

And so, Jen and I continue to pray for justice for our brother Marvin and for those still living with his blood on their hands, that their seared consciences will be "pricked", that they will have no peace until they right the wrong they have committed and are still committing!

"I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT."

Quietly said Pasadena, TX Police Chief Floyd Daigle to me, sister of police "Whistle Blower", Marvin William Harris, on Saturday August 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. I had called him at his home to tell him that Jenniferlynn Martin, Marvin's oldest sister, and I now had the 1991 death scene images he had refused to let us see in July 1991 and that we now knew PPD had murdered Marvin ex*****on style by a SWAT bullet to the back of head while he lay sleeping on the dining room floor. He had fallen asleep there underneath the wall of "crosses" where he told his 7 year neighbor he felt the safest, as he waited for the FBI whom he had called to come rescue him as PPD was going to kill him. I also informed Chief Daigle that we knew the name of the "moonlighting" HPD SWAT officer hired by PPD and certain city officials to end Marvin's life.

When Chief Daigle didn't respond to this, I thought he had hung up on me. I asked him if he was still
there and that is when he very softly said, "I didn't know anything about that.", but I reminded him that the non-redacted 1991 police report, which we were also in possession of, stated he was who met with the HPD SWAT ex*****oner and set him up in the garage with a mic on the dividing wall. I also told him we now know the murder was covered up by illicitly reconstructing Marvin's forehead to conceal the full blown out bullet exit wound in the middle of it and the barely visible small cross-shaped bullet entry wound at the back of his head, and that Marvin was then shot postmortem in his left eye to further attempt to convince us Marvin had taken his own life on July 11, 1991 with his M1 rifle which we never accepted for several reasons, and that Jen and I were going to seek justice for Marvin. He replied that he understood and he thanked me for letting him know. He also told me that he was in very poor health and I told him that Jen and I would pray for him. He thanked me for that also and he also told me how much he had liked my parents, that he was sorry they had passed away, that they were good people.

One of the reasons we didn't believe Chief Daigle's report of "su***de", which is the first reason, was due to his attempt to keep us from viewing Marvin's body by telling us Marvin had completely blown off his head with his M1 rifle! It is the legal right for a family to view and identify the body of a loved one yet when we insisted on seeing him anyway, Chief Daigle then tells us we would have to sign a release stating we would not hold him responsible when, not if, we had a nervous breakdown from viewing Marvin's headless body! We told him we would sign it, that we were going to see Marvin and that he could not stop us yet our calls to the morgue to ask when we could come were answered with, "We are behind with autopsies as we have a lot of bodies right now." That is what led to the second reason we didn't believe Marvin had taken his own life!

We never got that call to view Marvin and when he arrived at Colonial Funeral Home 28 hours later there was no release to sign! His head was not only perfectly intact, the only damage was a clean neat bullet wound to his left eye with only some bruising to the empty eye socket which Director Nipp easily patched with make-up, for which he did not charge us as confirmed by the funeral home receipt posted on this f/b page. The fact that there is no mention or charge for any reconstruction on the receipt also confirms that there had been illicit reconstruction done at the city morgue to disguise the barely visible cross-shaped SWAT bullet entry wound at the back of Marvin's head and the full skin blown out exit wound in the middle of his forehead!

This illicit reconstruction was done by two corrupt coroners, Joseph Jachimsyck and Eduardo Bellas, who were exposed in a 1996 Houston Press article by reporter Steve Vickers for numerous illegal activities including the falsification of several
autopsies of those who were murdered by police. Marvin just appeared to be sleeping with a small smile on his face, which we now know that he was. Mr. Nipp told us the smile was there when Marvin died and that his facial features were not those of a man who had shot himself!

This is the response I very politely and respectfully wrote to Mrs. Floyd Daigle after she posted on f/b that she had never heard this story before. However she deleted my response, so I am documenting it here. Chief Daigle may not have taken part in PPD's and the city's decision to execute Marvin to keep Marvin from going to trial where the illegal actions of PPD Officer Ginn would have been exposed, but he had to have known about it very soon afterwards yet he said nothing and instead contributed to the "cover-up" which made him, if not an "accomplice" to the crime of murder, then surely an "accessory" to it!

There are other reasons why we didn't accept that Marvin had taken his own life and I
will add those to this post later.

"ONE DOWN! FOUR TO GO!"

Said the woman on the phone when she first called the family home of Marvin William Harris in July 1991 a week after Marvin's funeral service and although Marvin's parents didn't have "caller ID", the woman identified herself to Marvin's mother, June, as the "sister-in-law" of PPD Officer Jeffrey Dean Ginn.

The second (2nd) call from the woman was in March 1994 after the passing of Marvin's father, Bill, and it was June who answered again, but this time the woman said, "TWO DOWN, THREE TO GO"!

The third (3rd) call came in September 1995 after June also passed away but this time it was I, Marvin's sister who answered and when the woman said to me, "THREE DOWN, TWO TO GO"! I calmly told her that we had been praying for her and asking Father God to "turn her every which way but loose" for scripture says it is God's will "that no man perish, no one one" but as I began to pray for her on the phone, asking Father God to forgive her, she quickly hung up.

As the woman had never revealed her name and as my sister Jenniferlynn Martin and I didn't know how many "sister-in-laws" Jeff Ginn had, if any, there appeared to be no way of finding out who had actually called. However, yesterday we were made aware of a woman named "Rebekah Arizola", when she responded to my post on the PPD
Jeff Ginn memorial reel by writing that she is Ginn's "sister-in-law" and that she holds us personally responsible for his death, but when I politely responded to that claim, in which I mentioned those three "terroristic calls" to us threatening our lives, my response to her was soon deleted.

As for the other comments made by Ms. Arizola to me, she not only failed to get her facts straight she stated several questionable ones. She wrote that many neighbors had called the "authorities" to say that Marvin was "off his meds", but there is no mention of such statements in the 1991 police report and no documented record of such calls being received by PPD. Furthermore, how would anyone know what medicines their neighbors were prescribed or even if they were taking them or not, and how would the neighbors have had access to Marvin's medical records which are protected by the Hippocratic Oath?

As for Ms. Arizola's statement that we are responsible for Ginn's death, that is, to put it mildly, "barking up the wrong tree" or "getting the wrong end of the stick" for it was a situation Ginn surely and solely created by violating Marvin's civil rights. He told several people that morning, when he abandoned his morning assignment at Grandview Funeral Home as funeral procession motor es**rt, that he was going to go "mess with the re**rd". Per Mayor John Ray Harrison to us, Ginn was illegally hired as a favor to his father, that Ginn never attended the mandatory police academy and that he wasn't required to take the mandatory psychological test, the results of which would surely have prevented him from being being hired as, also per Mayor John Ray Harrison, Ginn was
about to be fired from PPD because of his often irrational and reckless behavior which endangered the lives of his co-workers, his constant disobeying of orders, his refusal to cease carrying his unauthorized personal name engraved "Lone Ranger" style C**t .45 six-shooter revolver, his refusal to take the annually required training classes (which is confirmed by his after death heavily doctored training record posted on this f/b page), and the numerous complaints by civilians of his unprofessional "napoleonic" treatment of them.

And as for Ms. Arizola's accusation that we didn't get Marvin the medical help she claims he needed, Marvin was an adult who had just turned 40 years old and although he had been hospitalized twice, he admitted himself both those times.The first was in 1987 when there was an argument between Marvin and me when I demanded he leave the home of our parents which he refused to do saying he has as much right as I did to be there. This resulted in my calling the police and although no charges were brought, the situation resulted in Marvin realizing he needed help in dealing with all the emotional and mental stress he was experiencing from the abuse he was suffering at the hands of several PPD officers which included Ginn but in particular another PPD officer named Mike Gibson.

The second self-admitted hospitalization was in 1989 when Marvin was again falsely arrested, this time for shooting guns off inside his house during the night, which he was not doing! It was after he was told by the arresting officers that there were men who wanted him dead, which terrorized him even more, that he knew he needed additional help to deal with the continued "bullying" and "harassing" of him by Gibson, Ginn and the others which had "stepped up" after his first hospital stay. Thankfully no charges were brought for this false arrest either as he was asleep the entire night, which we could attest to as we were outside his home all night and the search of his home by PPD in the morning failed to find that any guns were present. How we were able to be there was due to our mother receiving a phone call from an unidentified man telling us to immediately go to Marvin's home! We never have discovered his identity but whoever he was, we believe he saved Marvin's life because surely it was the intention of PPD to murder Marvin that night and say he committed su***de.

This terrorizing treatment of Marvin by PPD began in 1983 when Marvin was a "bouncer" at Gilley's and became a "Whistle Blower" when he reported to his employer, co-owner Sherwood Cryer, that he just witnessed PPD officer Mike Gibson and another PPD cop "rolling" a drunk customer in the parking lot. Not long afterwards Marvin was falsely arrested and severely beaten by Gibson and several other PPD officers with Gibson kicking him in the head causing Marvin to suffer severe headaches and to begin to hear tormenting "voices". When the judge dismissed the false charge of Marvin smoking a ma*****na cigarette, and publically chastised Gibson for the false arrest and the beating, Gibson told Marvin in front of our father and my eleven year old nephew that he was going to make Marvin's life "one of hell"! And he proceeded to do that for the next eight years with several PPD cops joining him, including Ginn, in constantly taunting and bullying Marvin, publically calling him "Crazy Marvin" and "Hey Re**rd" to his face, banging on the exterior walls of his house during the night, calling him 24/7 on his phone and chanting, "Dead boy! Dead boy! Whatcha gonna do when we come for you?!" This eventually caused Marvin to discontinue his phone service two weeks prior to Ginn illegally entering his backyard where Marvin was preparing his yet to be lit grill with peach tree debris (as stated by the police report confirming there was no ma*****na in it and no smoke coming from it) to cook for his lunch the two (2) pieces of meat found thawing on his kitchen counter.

And as for the two (2) hospitalizations, Marvin's diagnosis was "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" due to the initial false arrest and beating and the continued bullying and terrorizing of Marvin by Gibson, Ginn and the others and although there are "meds", used to treat PTSD, we could find none that were prescribed for Marvin, and the autopsy toxicology report states that the only "stimulant" found in Marvin's body was "caffeine". No ma*****na or any other drugs, "legal or illegal," were present, and his medical records, which we have, state that Marvin was no threat to himself or to anyone else.

And finally, as to Ms. Arizola's claim about seeing a TV interview in which I said that Marvin held a knife to my throat, that is a false statement. Marvin never did that and I have never said that he did. I did mention the argument we had in 1987 in the only interview Jen and I gave with our parents which was on "Good Morning Houston" with Host Don Nelson and to confirm that was not said, I offered to let Ms. Arizola view the tape I have of it, but instead of taking me up on that offer, my comment was deleted!

But, Jen and I sincerely thank Ms. Arizola for responding and for giving us another chance to tell what really happened on July 10-11, 1991 and to also let her know that on Friday July 12, 1991, I received a vision of Jeff Ginn welcoming Marvin into Heaven! Per a Baptist pastor friend of ours who knew Jeff, Jeff had become a Christian as a teenager but had backslidden when he became a police officer and Marvin prayed with me to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior two (2) months before he was murdered ex*****on style by a SWAT bullet to the back of his head as he lay sleeping.

Since seeing the vision, many others have told me that the Lord has shown them also that both Jeff and Marvin are in Heaven which continues to bring us much peace and comfort. Therefore our continued prayer for Ms. Arizola (and the sister-in-law who called us) that she too will find the same for without forgiveness there is no hope of the promise of eternal life as taught by the gospel, the teachings of Jesus and the Ten Commandments of which the greatest one is to "love thy neighbor".

35 YEARS TODAY SINCE THE PPD ASSASSINATION OF POLICE "WHISTLE BLOWER" MARVIN WILLIAM HARRIS

Hey Marvin, it is now 10:18 here, 3 hours since PPD hired a "moonlighting" HPD SWAT assassin to murder you ex*****on style by shooting a bullet into the back of your head as you lay sleeping.

Per Jean (Mrs. Lina, your neighbor of 7 years with her husband Herald) you had fallen asleep on the dining room floor at the open area at the kitchen entry and at the wall containing her collection of crosses. She told us (our parents, Jenniferlynn Martin and me) that she offered you the guest room but you told her you felt safer in the dining room because of the crosses. She turned off the dining room light leaving only the kitchen stove light on and went into the den where she stayed reading her bible even though she could have left you at any time through the den door into the backyard but as she told you she would not leave you, that she would stay with you until the FBI came to rescue as you had asked them to when you called them after she and Herald had willingly taken you into their home to use their phone, she kept her word to you.

Herald had left the home hours before, for the purpose of telling PPD that he and Jean were in no danger from you, that you had given him your M1 rifle and the empty .45 that PPD Officer Ginn had thrown into the street after he fired his last two bullets at you, which he did before you first returned fire with the M1. Herald put the guns in the AC register and did not tell you where they were and you did not ask him where he had put them and Jean told us you never went looking for them. Herald also left you and Jean because he wanted to let his children know he and Jean were safe as PPD had taken over the phone and they could not call out. You and Jean did not know, Marvin, that PPD would not let Herald re-enter the home or that he went to the median corner at Southmore and Allen-Genoa and stood with Jennifer and me with his arms around us. TV Channel 26 reporter Suzanne Showers commented on this and when Herald told her also that Jean was in no danger from you, she said that PPD had lied to the media.

What you and Jean also didn't know, Marvin, is that five (5) FBI agents had responded to your call telling them that you would surrender to the FBI, but instead of taking you into custody they abandoned you to be murdered by PPD thus making them accomplices to the crime of murder. You, Herald and Jean also didn't know that the PPD hired HPD SWAT assassin was in the garage with a mic on the dividing wall listening to every word the three of you said. He knew when Jean went into the den and that you were alone in the dining room. He knew when you fell asleep. He knew when Jean came into the kitchen at 6 am to see if you were awake and wanted breakfast and that when seeing you were still asleep she went back into the den.

It was at 7 am that Jean told us she heard what sounded like a car backfiring but as PPD had been playing loud music and sounds of glass breaking, she paid no attention to it. It was when she went back into the kitchen, she told us, at 8 am to see again if you were awake, that she saw you were still laying on your back in the same position on the dining room floor but that this time your face was covered in blood and although there was no blood on the walls or cabinets, there was a pool of blood at the right side of your head, and although the investigating PPD cops Brewton, Johnston and Mc Fadden wrote that your M1 was on your chest, she told us that she did not see the M1, which she knew was still inside the AC register as she had been awake all night and would have known if you had gone looking for it!

There is so much more that Jen and I know now, Marvin, but as we believe you, Mom, Dad and all our loved ones in Heaven have been "guiding" us, this is no surprise to you, and you surely know, Marvin that I have written a play about what happened to you with a scene depicting the HPD SWAT assassin quietly entering the dining room from the garage interior door into the house, then flipping you onto your face, shooting you in the back of the head, flipping you back onto your back and quickly re-entering the garage where he removes the silencer from his revolver, shoots a bullet into a metal container thus creating the sound of a car backfiring although that was obviously not the result he intended! His goal was to quickly "prompt" Jean into finding you dead and to believe that you had taken your own life which she knew was impossible with no access to the M1.

The play, "It Is What It Is But Can Become What You Make It" (your favorite saying!) has already had one reading at "Standing Ovation" theater with an audience of 100 and with the characters being read by 20 of Houston's finest actors volunteering to do the reading, but I'm sure you must know that too and how well it was received! I was told by all "brilliant writing, awesome believable characters, it needs to be a book also and a movie!" Even Texas true crime writer Larry Watts came and greatly praised it.

So, Marvin, as we have found that LE agencies and agents and governmental officials are just as corrupt as they were in 1991, even more so today, with no legal justice to be had, we are going to get "poetic justice" for you! There are theaters all over the world requesting original plays to produce and we have just begun submitting the play to them!

We also created this fb page for you January 2021 and as a result, thousands all over the world know the truth about how PPD rogue cop Ginn violated your civil rights and how your life was really ended!

Jen and I love you very much baby brother!!! When you finally arrived 28 hours later at Colonial Funeral Home with only a neat bullet hole in your left eye (and your head illicitly reconstructed by PPD paid corrupt coroners Jachimsyck and Bellas, which we didn't find out until we got the images in 2018) it was a huge shock to us! PPD Chief Daigle tried to keep us from seeing you by telling us you had blown off your head with your M1 rifle but thank God we insisted on seeing you anyway. I told you, as I held your cold lifeless hand, that we knew you had not committed su***de for how does an M1 rifle make such a clean neat shot with only some bruising to the eye socket and who commits su***de by shooting out an eye especially the left one by a right-handed person? I told you then that we would never give up on seeking justice for you, and by the grace of God and much prayer, we never have and with His continued help, we never will!!!

THE PRESSURE OF BEING FORCED TO REVERSE A MORALLY RIGHT DECISION!

Today I was advised of a situation involving pressure to force PPD Chief Jackson to reverse a decision that my sister Jenniferlynn Martin and I feel he was morally and legally right to make, at least in the situation involving PPD Officer Jeffery Dean Ginn who did not die in the "line of duty" but who, instead, as per Mayor John Ray Harrison, to our parents and us, was an illegally hired and ill-trained officer who should not have been on the streets of Pasadena, who continued to carry his large fancy unauthorized personal name engraved silver plated pearl handled "Lone Ranger" style Smith & Wesson C**t. 45 six shooter revolver, who was about to be fired by PPD due to the numerous complaints by Pasadena residents of his unprofessional treatment of them, who abandoned his July 10, 1991 Grandview Funeral Home assignment of funeral procession motor es**rt to go " mess with the Re**rd" which he told several people, and then illegally entered the curtilage of our brother Marvin without a search warrant and with the .45 drawn and pointed at Marvin who was initially unarmed and which he fired at Marvin which is confirmed by the police report that states the only bullets found in Marvin's backyard were from Ginn's .45. The police report also states that not only was there no smoke as Marvin's grill had not been lit, there was no ma*****na found in it or in Marvin's house, his vehicles, on his property or in his bodily system! His autopsy only notes the presence of caffeine from the coffee he had consumed before he was murdered ex*****on style by a SWAT bullet to the back of his head as he lay sleeping, the images of which are posted on this f/b page.

As PPD and certain city officials made the criminal decision to end Marvin's life to keep the public from knowing the truth about Officer Ginn and that he created the situation by violating Marvin's civil rights and especially by threatening Marvin's life forcing Marvin to exercise the legal "Texas Stand Your Ground Castle Law" to defend himself from being murdered by Ginn, it is sad that Chief Jackson was forced to "apologize" for doing what he knew was right, but as we know how challenging it has to be in overseeing a police department with much blood on its hands, Jennifer and I continue to pray for divine protection for Chief Jackson, to keep him safe always as we also continue to pray for him to have the courage to do what is right in bringing justice for our brother!

Also, as Ginn's autopsy fails to identify the gun that made the small bullet hole at his head rightside and as it could not have been made by Ginn's .45 (referred to as a "hand cannon"), as he shot all 6 bullets at Marvin and did not reload and as it and Marvin's M1, which was hidden in the PPD Property Room under "Owner Unknown" to keep it from the required ballistic tests, would both have made far more damage and as Ginn's helmet was not damaged, it is possible that his life was also ended by PPD and the same city officials, to keep the truth from being made known and to ensure, by making Ginn a posthumous "hero", that PPD would get a majority "yes" vote on its upcoming pay raise proposal, which it did and which serves to annually and falsely "tout" rogue PPD cop Jeff Ginn as a "fallen officer" who "died in the line of duty".

In the end, crime with no justice, is always about money, for, per bible scripture, "The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil."

"INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!"

As a " Police Report" does not constitute a legal finding of guilt and serves solely as a "summary" by an investigating police officer of the facts and theories presented, the person named in the report is only a "suspect" and therefore "innocent until proven guilty" unless proven otherwise by a court trial with a jury of his or her peers.

Furthermore, for a jury to find someone guilty of the crime of murder, the gun of the "suspect" must be subjected to ballistic testing and it cannot be referred to in the report or during the trial as the "supposed" gun used. Naming the gun as such and the failure to test it would greatly weaken the findings of the prosecution as the prosecutor would lack critical forensic evidence linking the "suspect" to the crime.

Therefore, based on this "fact", in the July 10, 1991 situation, Marvin William Harris can only be referred to as the "suspect" despite the investigating police officer titling the report "Capital Murder/Suicide" and names Marvin as the murderer, which he does even though Marvin's M1 rifle is repeatedly referred to in the police report as the "supposed" gun used to end the life of PPD Officer Jeff Ginn and despite that it was never ballistically tested to conclude that it was. Instead, PPD refused public access to the police report for 27 years and hid Marvin's M1 for 35 years in the PPD's property room where it was recently discovered on Shelf 87 filed under "Owner Unknown" to prevent those tests from being performed on it.

Consequently this is why Jenniferlynn Martin and I, as Marvin's sisters, are legally able to reply to those who accuse Marvin of "killing a cop", that this has never been proven, that there greatly lacks sufficient forensic evidence to link Marvin to the crime of murder and to support a "without a reasonable doubt" guilty verdict.

In fact, what evidence is presented in the police report, which explains why access was denied to it and why we were told in February 2019 by PPD "Open Records" rep that neither the police report or Marvin's M1 had ever existed, is that Marvin, if he had shot Officer Ginn, a rogue illegally hired and ill-trained PPD cop illegally carrying his silver plated pearl enameled personal named engraved "Lone Ranger" C**t .45 six-shooter, did so in "self-defence" as Ginn shot first at Marvin.

That Ginn shot first is confirmed by the 1991 police report that states the only bullets found in Marvin's backyard, which Ginn had violated Marvin's civil rights by illegally entering with no search warrant obtained and with his .45 drawn and pointed at Marvin who was initially unarmed and preparing his grill to cook the two pieces of meat found thawing on his kitchen counter, are from Ginn's .45.

Consequently, based on these "facts" and that PPD hired a "moon-lighting" HPD SWAT ex*****oner to prevent Marvin from going to trial, Marvin William Harris is and will forever remain "innocent until proven guilty" of the death of PPD Officer Ginn. Furthermore, as per the images of the July 11, 1991 PPD ex*****on style murder of Marvin by the SWAT bullet to the back of his head as he lay sleeping, the also continuous referring in the police report of the M1 as the "supposed" gun used to commit su***de only serves to further support that Marvin did not end his own life.
