Collaboration is one of the core values that guides Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno's approach to serving clients and their families.

By working alongside trusted professionals in complementary fields, we are able to provide more comprehensive guidance through life's most significant transitions.

Recently, our Family Law attorneys welcomed Stacy Francis, CFP®, CDFA®, CES™, President & CEO of Francis Financial, for a post-divorce financial planning lunch and learn.

The session provided valuable insight into the financial considerations that often continue long after a divorce is finalized, including account and asset transfers, beneficiary designations, estate planning updates, tax implications, and strategies for protecting long-term financial security.

Managing Partner Gary Botwinick opened the program by emphasizing the importance of understanding the financial realities clients face before, during, and after divorce so attorneys can provide more informed and holistic counsel.

The program also highlighted a longstanding professional relationship with Stacy and Francis Financial.

Over the years, Stacy discussed discuss financial literacy and empowerment with Senior Partner and host Patricia Barbarito on Heartbreak & Hope, while Gary appeared on Stacy's podcast Financial Ever After to share insights on inheritances and second marriages.

Thank you, Stacy, for sharing your expertise and helping our attorneys deepen their understanding of the financial challenges clients may face during and after divorce.
