The loss of a loved one in a preventable accident leaves a family facing consequences that no financial recovery can ever fully address.

Musmanno, Chair of the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury practice, for securing a $300,000 policy limits settlement on behalf of the estate of a 66-year-old woman who suffered fatal injuries after being struck by a motor vehicle while crossing Flanders Road in Mount Olive, New Jersey.

According to the claims in the case, she was using a marked crosswalk when the driver failed to stop and struck her.

Chris pursued the matter on behalf of her estate, ultimately obtaining the full amount of insurance coverage available under the defendant’s policy.

While no settlement can compensate a family for the loss of a loved one, accountability matters.

Through determined advocacy, Chris helped secure the maximum available recovery for the estate following this devastating loss.

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno is proud to recognize Christopher Musmanno for securing a $665,000 settlement on behalf of three individuals who sustained significant injuries after their vehicle was struck from behind by a New Jersey State Trooper.

The force of the collision caused their vehicle to spin multiple times before striking a guardrail, and all three ultimately required surgical treatment.

Chris approached each client’s case individually, accounting for the distinct injuries, treatment and long-term impact each person faced.
