UPDATE: K&D Title and License Service has relocated to 1802 Blizzard Dr. south side in Parkersburg. We are located across from the old library and fire station. We still have metal plates on site and offer license plate renewals, titles, transfer plates, duplicate titles, we do vehicles, motorcycles, boats, campers, trailers and all your titling needs. We offer notary services also. Come and see us for all your titling needs, and we also have used vehicles for sale at Johns pre owned cars too. Our phone number is still the same, 304-481-0066. Even if you don’t need title work, stop and say hello.

Update from K&D title and License Service: On Jan 3, 2025, we are relocating to Paps Auto Sales, the former Pro Tech Auto Sales on Rt 95, 2957 DuPont Rd. I would like to thank all of you for your business in the past, and hope to serve you in the future. We will still be here for all your titling needs, we are offering metal plates on site and have renewal stickers for all classes of plates as well as boats and campers, we offer 1 and 2 year renewals.
