Please oppose SB 20-211 in Colorado as it shockingly has a lot of traction. If passed, the ability to effectively collect any debt will be suspended through November 1 (but can be extended until 2021). Our governor and legislature are trying to quietly push this through. If passed, folks can stop paying their bills until November 1 and not be garnished or their assets seized. Crazy!!
