Meet Amy Vincze! Amy came to Colorado from San Antonio, TX with her family in 1990, then ended up settling in Douglas County in the early 2000s. After a successful career in banking and raising her two boys, Amy changed careers and began working for the State of Colorado. Through her work with the Division of Insurance, Public Utilities Commission, and Department of Revenue, Amy brings a background of legislative and policy analysis, as well as a wholistic approach to the creation and implementation of law.

This passion for law prompted Amy to pursue a legal education, and in July of 2022, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Although Amy continues to be fascinated by legislation, she has enjoyed shifting her focus to helping the community in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, and small business affairs.

In her free time, Amy can be found in the kitchen trying new recipes or out on a golf course with her sons.

Meet Rachel Connor, our newest family law attorney! Rachel’s professional demeanor, confident attitude, and unconditional desire to provide the highest level of service to her clients contribute to her success as an attorney.

Prior to attending law school, Rachel obtained her Master’s degree in Business Management and was a Human Resource Generalist for multi-national companies, constructively managing employees at all levels of the organization and creating solutions to and providing resolutions within emotional, uncomfortable, and often very personal employee issues. During law school, Rachel focused on corporate law, real estate, and financial transactions, graduating with her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. Rachel then practiced real estate law and general civil litigation with a small firm, which taught her how to navigate the nuances of the judicial system and in which she gained valuable courtroom experience.

Rachel’s background brings a unique perspective into family law cases, wherein Rachel is pragmatic, data focused, and possesses strong litigation skills, while also being able to fully relate to the human element of the case in a kind, understanding, and empathetic manner.

Rachel is a Colorado native with strong roots within the community. In her free time, you will find Rachel spending time with her husband and young children outdoors enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery or hunkering down with a good book.

Meet John Goutell, Esq.! John brings more than 24 years of experience practicing law to your case.

John prides himself on focusing on his clients’ needs, developing personalized solutions that help his clients navigate difficult situations involving the law and the courts. John provides expert counsel, strategic planning, outstanding legal drafting skills, extensive courtroom experience and valuable advice to individuals during an emotional and often life-changing time.

John always starts by listening to his clients and identifying their priorities. John then uses his wisdom, advocacy and legal skills to further the best interest of the client.

John believes strongly that litigation is a last resort – although sometimes litigation must be initiated to bring the other side to the table to negotiate a mutually satisfactory resolution. However, when compromise isn’t possible, John will work tirelessly to get his clients the results they deserve and John has the skills necessary to win your case in the courtroom.
John’s practice areas include civil litigation, general business representation, ma*****na licensing and administrative defense, and family law. John obtained his law degree from the University of Denver and obtained his BA in English from the University of Colorado.

John and his wife Megan, who is also an attorney, live in Parker with their five children. John and Megan met in law school, and they were the first Moot Court Team from the University of Denver, College of Law, to ever qualify for the National Finals Moot Court: Negotiation. They came in 2nd in local qualifying, 1st in Regionals, and finished 6th at the National Finals.
Before becoming a lawyer, for ten years John was a professional golfer, PGA Class A member who played the Lone Star, Space Coast and other mini-tours, and worked at The Country Club at Castle Pines and Columbine Country Club as a Teaching Professional.

In his spare time John enjoys any kind of saltwater fishing, military history, beekeeping, soap making and adventuring with his family.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Megan advises clients on everything from business formation and operational structuring to complex disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and fiduciary duties. She blends legal precision with practical insight, helping her clients resolve challenges efficiently and with integrity.

Her clients range from entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to individuals navigating complex legal challenges. Megan is respected for her ability to cut through complexity, build trust, and drive resolution — whether through negotiation, litigation, or creative problem-solving.

Megan earned both her J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver, and her B.A. in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Washington, where she was an Academic All-American and NCAA Division I soccer player. She and her husband John — whom she met in law school and who is also an attorney at Parker Law Group— were the first DU Moot Court team to qualify for the National Finals in Negotiation. She still enjoys a well-structured negotiation – the kind that turns complexity into clarity and conflict into progress.

Outside the office, Megan is a passionate home cook and adventurer. She lives in Parker with her husband and their five children, and spends weekends skiing, hiking, and camping with her family.

Here is a link to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network page of the federal government which is keeping the latest requirements pinned as announcements at the top of their page. This situation is fluid, so be mindful that another court could change things yet again.
