Yesterday, the WIP team had the incredible honor of receiving a grant from the Promontory Foundation at its 2026 awards ceremony! This generous support will help WIP continue growing and strengthening our team by hiring additional attorneys and paralegals, building the capacity we need to sustainably meet the growing demand for immigration legal services in our community.

We are deeply grateful to the Promontory Foundation for believing in our work and investing in WIP’s future. We’re also thankful for the many families, individuals, and community members whose generosity makes the work of nonprofits like ours possible.

Walk & W**e is almost here!

This Sunday, our community will come together to help ensure uninsured children and families can access the health care they need, regardless of their ability to pay.

While registration for this year's event is now closed, you can still be part of the impact.

We're Hiring: Staff Attorney

Wasatch Immigration Project is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join our growing team in Park City.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality immigration legal services to individuals and families throughout the Wasatch Back. We are looking for an experienced attorney who is passionate about justice, values compassionate client advocacy, and is committed to serving our community.

Position Highlights:

Full-time, salaried position
Salary range: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience
Hybrid work flexibility
Health insurance, paid time off, 13 paid holidays, paid Bar and CLE costs, and professional development support

Qualified candidates should have a J.D., membership in a state bar, and at least two years of immigration law experience. Spanish fluency and immigration court experience are strongly preferred.
