If I were moving to Park City and wanted a neighborhood that balances everyday life with easy access to everything here, Park Meadows would be high on my list.

And yes, I’m a little biased. It’s where my family chose to live, too.

A few of my Park City hiking go-tos, depending on what kind of day I’m looking for.

Armstrong is one of my favorites when it’s warmer thanks to the shade from the aspens, and you can keep climbing to connect with Mid Mountain if you want to make a longer day of it.

Round Valley is hard to beat with a dog. With more than 50 miles of trails across 2,100 acres, you can make it a quick walk or spend hours exploring. Dogs can also be off leash on designated trails—just check the signage before you go.
Sweeney’s Switchbacks is my pick when I want more of a workout, plus some of the best views over Old Town and reminders of Park City’s mining history along the way.

And Rob’s gives you a great mix of shade, climbing and views toward Snyderville Basin and Canyons Village. Keep an eye out for wildlife, too.

Different trails for different days but all very Park City.

There’s a difference between waiting and being strategic.

At 3000 Crestline Drive, the goal was never to react to every quiet week. It was to carefully evaluate buyer response, protect the home’s positioning, and make a meaningful adjustment when the timing was right.

That measured approach ultimately brought the right buyer and a strong result.
