💛 The largest pumpkin pie was made in New Bremen, OH, weighing over 3,699 pounds. It made 5,000 slices, was 20 ft in diameter and 3 ft deep, and contained 4,076,298 calories.

Please help us welcome our new Attorney, Stephen Tencleve. Stephen was born and raised in Logan County, AR. Stephen attended Arkansas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History Political Science. After receiving his Bachelors, he went on to Florida Coastal Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor. He is licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Jascinda’s professional career began at another local law firm in 2014. Jascinda joined Johnson Law in December 2020 and has quickly become an essential member of our team.

Arkansas provides the surviving spouse rights to property that the decedent held during their marriage. These rights provide the surviving spouse a fractional interest of that property.

Dower refers to the portion to which a surviving wife is entitled, while curtesy refers to what a man may claim.
