They were under contract within the week on March 17 🍀 I negotiated all of their 💰 closing costs paid to them by the seller! Seller had home preinspected! ✅

Sometimes you can feel like Golden Tempo in the Kentucky Derby 🐎🏆

Friday wrote the cash offer. It went into a multiple offer situation. We were dead last. They went with the first offer but than those buyers got cold feet. They went with the second offer those buyers were yes than decided to back out. The house was still being showed and it didn’t go pending. We asked and I understood. I’ve been down that road so this doesn’t surprise me… it’s real estate. Updated the contract and got accepted within a few hours!  Now onto inspections!! Let’s go!!!
