Show up to closing like none of it happened.

What you see: a check and a key.

What you don't see: 47 conversations, 6 near-disasters, and an agent who probably ate lunch in their car between calls.

This job looks like 3% from the outside.

From the inside, it looks like a second job you didn't sign up for, a therapist license you never got, and a project manager certification nobody gave you.

Your agent doesn't get overtime.
Doesn't get a salary.
Doesn't get paid until YOU close...if you close.

And somehow people still think that's too much.
