Offers on holidays and client texts at 11:30pm? It’s all part of the job.
When you’re in the building phase, it is an absolute grind. I honestly don’t think I took more than two full days off last year. More meals in the car than at the table, offers written at 1am, and marketing work getting done at 5am before the rest of the house wakes up.
Being a full-time mom, wife, and Realtor is no joke. The rewards are incredible, but make no mistake—there are hard days too.
And yes, those calls that come in during “real life” moments? They still get answered.
Between learning new tech (because apparently reading a teleprompter and installing a mic requires every ounce of brain power 😅), handling HR, quality control, compliance, marketing, and crisis management… we become adaptable AF.
The ones of us really doing this day in and day out? You want us on your team.
Because building a business takes grit, resilience, and a work ethic that is not for the faint of heart.
And honestly, if that’s not the Realtor you want in your corner, I don’t know what is. 🏡
