Our current listing inventory ranges in price just above $1M up to $25M and our sales history this year ranged from $300K to $35M. Three of our most recent sales closed escrow at new record breaking numbers in all the history of Palm Springs Real Estate. In the past three years we represented four out of the six properties that sold in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage at $4M and above. Additionally, we are members of The Desert Estates Network, known as DEN. This exclusive group of 26 agents/brokers represent the top performing agents/brokers in the entire Coachella Valley.
