The fact that you’ve survived this long working with us deserves more than a medal, we are thinking maybe a full sized, guilt-free birthday cake with extra frosting and zero calories!!? Haha! Celebrating!! 🎉 🥂 🤸‍♀️ This little home was scheduled to go back to the bank…yesterday. We got a frantic call from the agent who said the homeowner was just devastated and wanted to know if there was anything we could do.

Well they called the right people. Our expert team rolled up their sleeves and got right to work.

After a very long day, lots of coffee, and just 15 MINUTES before auction, we did it… the sale was cancelled! This agent was absolutely ASTONISHED and the homeowner cried tears of joy. Her house was saved from foreclosure . 😮‍💨

While not every situation works out, saving someone’s home is an incredible feeling we’ll never take for granted.
