It's official! I am now a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida. Next I will be working on obtaining my Remote Online Notary designation and then Work on my Loan Signing Agent.

My goal is to be able to provide all services both mobile and remotely to anyone who is in need.

Facts about Florida notaries include:

FACT #1
Florida notaries must use an ink stamp when notarizing your documents.

FACT #2
Florida is one of only three states where a notary public can perform a wedding ceremony.

FACT #3
Notaries who own businesses in Florida may not notarize documents concerning any agreements in which their business would have a financial interest.

FACT #4
According to Florida statute, a Florida notary must refuse to notarize a blank or incomplete document or the signature of a party who is not present.

Hello! Happy Saturday! I am hoping to be up and running at the end of the month! Our Notary application was submitted to the Florida Notary Association yesterday and once approved and I receive my commission I will be going for my RON (Remote Online Notary) commission! For in person services, I will be focusing on providing notary services to Space Coast and Treasure Coast residents and then will expand from there.
