I am so excited to officially announce the launch of Moia Law, PLLC.

After years of practicing personal injury law and sharpening my skills as a trial lawyer, I’ve opened my own law firm built on a simple principle: local roots, personal justice, and an unwavering commitment to fighting for those who have been wronged. This step represents years of growth, hard work, and a deep belief in serving my hometown community with integrity, compassion, and trial-ready advocacy.

Moia Law is dedicated exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a commitment to providing focused, personal representation to the people all across Brevard County and Florida.

Celebrating 6 years with Alpizar Law! 🎉 Wow, I am either getting old, or time is flying. 6 years of fighting for my clients and what a ride it has been. Millions of dollars collected for those who have been wrongfully injured…but nothing can beat doing what I love everyday…pursuing justice for the underdog and fighting against the Goliath insurance industry. My clients are seriously the best and I feel honored everyday to be serving my hometown community. 🫶🏻 it’s also hard to believe I am entering into my 10th year of law practice…ok maybe I am getting old 😅 A special thanks to these 3 guys for battling it out with me..and for making me look even shorter than I am 🤣❤️ I can’t wait to see what the next 6 years hold! 💃🏻🍾⚖️
