🏔️ WELL… THIS SEEMS LIKE A PRETTY GOOD FIT.
Pinnacle Realty Group is growing, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome Kristina “Kricket” Olin as our newest Associate Broker.
And when we say Kricket knows Western Colorado… we mean it.
She's spent more than a decade working, patrolling, exploring and protecting these mountains.
Sometimes apparently from the VERY TOP OF THEM. 😂
And buckle up, because Kricket is not exactly your average Realtor.
She earned her degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University and spent more than a decade with the U.S. Forest Service as a Backcountry and Snow Ranger right here in Western Colorado. She has patrolled trails and wilderness areas, worked with hunters and recreationists, taught avalanche and backcountry safety, worked alongside law enforcement, and helped manage some of the places that make this corner of Colorado so special.
Today, she also serves as the Alpine Ranger Lead with the Ouray County Sheriff’s Office, helping educate and assist people exploring Ouray County’s backcountry.
But apparently that wasn't enough adventure for one lifetime.
Before all of that, Kricket spent nearly a DECADE working in Antarctica, including living at the South Pole for more than a year. She worked remote science camps, coordinated logistics, managed crews and helped keep operations running in one of the harshest environments on Earth.
She also lived and worked on Kwajalein Island in Micronesia aboard a 74-foot boat.
Oh—and because this résumé clearly needed one more completely ridiculous accomplishment...
🏂 She was a National Snowboarding Champion in 1998 AND 1999.
Seriously.
Kricket brings something incredibly special to Pinnacle: a genuine knowledge of Western Colorado, its public lands, mountains, recreation and communities that simply can't be learned from behind a desk.
She already has real estate experience representing both buyers and sellers, but more importantly, she knows this lifestyle because she has lived it.
We couldn't be happier to have her joining us as Pinnacle continues growing throughout Pagosa Springs, Ridgway, Ouray and Montrose.
