⚖️ Beyond the Brief: Meet Whitney Denson
We’re excited to shine the spotlight on McMurry & Livingston attorney, Whitney Denson!
Whitney is a Paducah native and has been with M&L for 13 years! She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky. She began practicing law in August 2013 and has been part of the M&L family ever since. Whitney’s practice focuses primarily on real estate law, including closings, title searches, purchase agreements, etc.
Outside the office, Whitney stays active in the community as Vice Chair of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a longtime Paducah Day Nursery & Learning Center board member, and a board member of the Carson Center. She is also a heavily involved Clark Elementary PTO volunteer and co-coach of the school’s first-ever cheerleading team!
When we asked Whitney what she does in her free time, she said, “What is that?” 😂 When she’s not working or volunteering, Whitney is usually cheering on her family - her daughter Hallie, who competes in cheerleading; her son Ty, who plays golf and baseball; and her husband, Chase who coaches high school basketball. Their black Lab, Luka, is part of the family, too! When she does find a little free time, you may find her enjoying her newest addiction: mah jongg!
