Important Tax Bill information for Paducah city homeowners!

🏡 City of Paducah Property Tax Bills are in the mail and can also be viewed and paid online. The City’s real estate tax rate is $0.253 per $100 of assessed value — the lowest since 2013! The payment deadline is November 30, 2026, to avoid penalties and interest.

📬 IMPORTANT: Property owners within Paducah city limits and the Paducah Independent School District will receive two real estate tax bills this year due to the school district’s pending tax rate finalization. The first bill covers City taxes, Paducah Junior College, and the E911 fee. A second bill for school district taxes that are subject to recall will be mailed as soon as possible. City residents in the McCracken County School District will receive one bill.
