Yes, there is a lawsuit and reporting has been stayed via Injunction.
Yes, the U.S. Government filed to have a Stay of the Injunction.

Do you have to report? Not now, but maybe on 1/25/25:

If the district court or Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issues a stay of the injunction pending appeal, the reporting could become enforceable once again.
