Calhoun County has the absolute best clerks around.

I believe that I have the best staff, and I tell them that often, but it is so nice when the public confirms my beliefs. So, I am recognizing any employee that I receive positive feedback on from the public. They will each receive a gift card for their good work!

Do not try the “I’m traveling” and “not conducting business” or any of that sovereign citizen stuff here in Alabama. You will go to jail. Be courteous, provide your drivers license and take your ticket and move on. No one gets hurt doing that. If you want to fight a ticket then take it to court. It’s not worth it.
