Well I am a little late with posting this, it’s been a crazy week 🤪. My clients actually closed on their home purchase last week 🙊

New construction is always a lengthy process and there is ALOT more to it than people realize but definitely worth it. Luckily, I’ve done this many times before and we successfully navigated it with ease. 😊

JUST SOLD IN WARREN MA! 27 ACRES

This one was definitely emotional and a very lengthy journey but I feel really great about how it all worked out. It truly felt like things started falling into place at the right times.

The original owner of this land (who went to church with my mom and stepdad) who I was trying to help sell it, unfortunately and sadly passed away before we could get it sold.

The lands new owners, a Global Christian Ministry organization, reached out to see if I could assist them and I was more than happy to do so. (Jesus if you’re listening, just saying… 😂🙊)

Since it was taking a significant amount of time for all of the legal requirements to be completed, I began the process of trying to secure them a buyer. That way when everything was done we would be ready to close quickly. AND after receiving multiple cash offers - they accepted the best one. Who also happened to be a friend and neighbor of the previous owner. I call that a Win win!

It was a pleasure to represent the Church and buyer. I am beyond happy for all of them and feel my former client is in heaven watching down and pleased with the outcome.

I could NOT have done it without Jessie Cooper Esq at Flynn Law who assisted us throughout the entire process. It was quite a bit of work but we made it happen! I appreciate you!
