Estate Matchmaker

🚨 Before you sell to a "We Buy Houses" company...
Talk to a Realtor.
That's it. That's the post.
Too many homeowners sign away tens of thousands in equity without ever comparing what their home could sell for on the open market.
✅ Inherited a home?
✅ Need to sell quickly?
✅ Behind on payments?
Get all the numbers first.
A wholesaler's offer is one option. It shouldn't be the only option.
Protect your equity. Compare your choices. Then decide what's best for you.

Hi everyone! 👋

I have lived in this community since I was 4 years old—I babysat at some of your houses growing up, walked to Central School, and raised my son here right in the heart of Owosso and Shiawassee County.

As a local agent with the Richard Selleck Agency, I’m always here as a resource for all of your real estate needs!

With home values changing throughout Owosso and greater Shiawassee County, many homeowners are wondering what their property might be worth today.

I offer a free online home value tool here:

It's a quick way to get an estimate and stay informed about our local market. Even if you're not planning to move anytime soon, it's great information to have.

Feel free to reach out anytime if you'd like a more detailed market analysis specific to your neighborhood or home!
