In my 38 years of practicing law, I’ve always done the best job that I could for my clients. I understand that part of my role as their attorney is to help them maneuver through the legal process for whatever legal issue they have. The legal system can be complicated, frustrating and confusing but those rules are there for a reason- to help the court resolve disputes based on the best evidence available. If an opposing party refuses to provide evidence to support their position, refuses to obey court orders and refuses to listen to their own attorneys’ advice, they don’t have the right to complain that the courts are rigged or that all attorneys are awful. I represent my own clients’ interest and am not responsible for how the other side handles its case.

My office uses a program called Mycase which allows clients to see their documents, hearing dates, and to communicate with me personally to help keep expenses and costs down.

My office also provides either Skype or Zoom meetings to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to keep my clients safe.
However, I am not taking new clients at this time.
