This quarter, we're only partnering with 4 people 👥. For example, if you have $60,000, we'll add $140,000 to $160,000 to complete a new house that costs about $200,000. When we sell the property, at closing, you'll get 25% of the net profit 💰 and we'll get 76%.
For instance, if the net profit is $100,000, we'll split it as follows: you get $25,000 and we get $75,000.
