The best part? He even got to help pick out some of the finishes and colors, making it feel like home before he ever got the keys 🔑 .

After helping investors buy and sell real estate for the past 13 years, my husband and I are officially stepping into the investment world ourselves!
We’re officially under contract on our very first duplex and couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter. It’s a project we’re excited to take on together, and I’ll share a few updates along the way.
It’s a little different being on this side of the transaction, and I’m excited to experience firsthand what so many of my clients have over the years.
