Most of you who know me know one thing for certain⦠I donāt believe in standing still.
Iāve never been one to rest on my laurels. Growth matters. Learning matters. Becoming better today than I was yesterday matters. And just as important, I believe in setting an example, because someone is always watching, and I want that example to be one of effort, discipline, and continuous improvement.
At the beginning of this year, I made a commitment to myself:
Every single quarter, I would make meaningful advancementsāeither in my real estate career or in my personal life.
And I can honestly say⦠this first quarter has been incredibly exciting.
One of the first things I did was join my local Rotary International club.
For those who may not know, Rotary is a global network of professionals and community leaders dedicated to service above self. Rotary clubs focus on making a real impact, locally and worldwide, through initiatives like supporting education, fighting disease, promoting peace, and improving communities. Being accepted into Rotary isnāt just about membership⦠itās about commitment to service, integrity, and leadership.
I also earned my C2EX endorsement through the National Association of Realtors.
C2EX stands for Commitment to Excellence. Itās not just a courseāitās a comprehensive program designed to elevate professionalism in real estate. It focuses on ethics, advocacy, technology, client service, and market knowledge. For my clients, this means something simple but powerful:
Youāre working with someone who is committed to doing things the right way, at the highest standard, every single time.

And then came the big one this quarterā¦
I earned my CIPS certification, Certified International Property Specialist, through the National Association of Realtors.
This designation is recognized globally and places me among roughly 5,000 real estate professionals worldwide who are trained to work with international clients.
CIPS is more than a title. It represents deep knowledge in global real estate markets, international transactions, currency considerations, cross-border regulations, and cultural awareness. It means I can confidently help clients who are buying, selling, or investing across borders, whether theyāre coming to the United States or expanding beyond it.
So here we areā¦
The first quarter is in the books.
And I couldnāt be more energized about whatās ahead.
If this is what Q1 looked like, I truly believe Q2 is going to be even bigger. Iām already working on some major things behind the scenes, things that will continue to elevate the level of service, expertise, and value I bring to the people I work with.
