During those years, I have been working with buyers and sellers across the full spectrum – first time buyers and sellers, move-up buyers, buyers downsizing, or going through a short sale. In every transaction, I bring my years of knowledge and experience to help my clients realize their home ownership dreams and to help my sellers to sell in the shortest time for top dollar. In addition to buyers
and sellers, I have worked with a number of real estate investors and own several rental properties myself. I understand the risks and rewards of real estate investing through personal experience and have developed a passion for it. I strongly believe that anyone can and should buy an investment property and I am a big fan and advocate of Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad” model. I have successfully marketed mid-range and upper bracket new home subdivisions in the Kansas City area and built relationships with builders and developers. During the most recent market downturn, I became an expert at short sales, helping clients sell short to avoid foreclosure. Additionally, I had an opportunity to gain a unique perspective by representing banks in short sale and foreclosure transactions. I’m a life-long Kansas City resident; I’ve lived on both sides of State Line and have an affinity for each. I’m a full time real estate professional, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. My wife and I live in Olathe, Kansas, with our three children. I love spending time with my family and volunteering at my children’s school, including leading my son’s Cub Scout Den.
