It is a complex issue. I believe COOL needs to be reinstated. That won't fix all of the problems but it should be part of addressing it.

Controlled fire, aka prescribed burning is a great thing for native prairie management.

Hi everyone! I'm excited to officially introduce my Real Estate Business Page.

I specialize in Kansas land and rural properties, including:
🌱 Farm ground
🦌 Hunting properties
🌾 Pasture & ranch land
🌿 CRP and recreational land
💼 Investment properties

Whether you're looking to buy your first piece of land, expand your farming operation, invest in rural property, or sell a property that's been in your family for generations, I'm here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible

If you're thinking about buying or selling land—or if you simply enjoy everything rural Kansas has to offer—I’d love to have you follow along.

Even if you're not planning to sell right away, I'm always happy to visit with landowners about current land values and market conditions. If you've ever wondered what your farm, pasture, hunting property, or acreage might be worth in today's market, I'd be glad to provide a no-obligation market evaluation and help you understand your property's value.

Feel free to like this page, share it with friends and family, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the land market.

Thank you for your support—it is truly appreciated as I embark on this new adventure!
