In 1969, Stephen Gardner, Jr was born in Bayshore, New York. At a very young age, he and the Gardner family moved to Florida where Stephen attended Port Orange Elementary on Dunlawton Avenue for a couple of years; where shortly after, he attended Sacred Heart Elementary in New Smyrna Beach. ed at Western Carolina University and became a member of Pi Kappa Phi, which included rolls as pledge trainer, social chairman, and Vice President of the fraternity. After graduating with a BSBA, Stephen went on to work at the Allandale Garden Center and Florist. He remained in the family business for several years during which he married Heather Scott. He now has 2 daughters, Hannah and Lauren. By 2004, Stephen had joined the Real Estate firm of Watson Realty Corp in Port Orange. Stephen, having grown up in the Greater Daytona Beach area and being part of the fabric of the community, affords him the ability to know the area extremely well and have a plethora of connections. Stephen has seen the area grow from dirt roads to shopping complexes, restaurants, and hospitals. Stephen has year in and year out been a multi-million-dollar Top Producer for the Watson Realty greater Orlando region and Port Orange office and has received many awards along the way. Stephen has partner mortgage, title company, attorney, and business connections that translate well for his customers and clients. His knowledge of all the local real estate communities and their history is a big bonus for his clients. He is highly regarded and recommended by many in the community as the LOCAL area expert. Stephen in 2019 joined the team of Exp Realty LLC. This incredible fast growing company allows Stephen to grow his Real Estate business even larger. Stephen loves the Florida Gators, where he is a past president and current board member of the Volusia County Gator Club. He grew up swimming for the Daytona Beach Swim Association and surfing at the Sunglow pier, just North of Wilbur By The Sea. He enjoys backwater and offshore fishing and is an avid boater on the Spruce Creek. Real Estate is a very fulfilling job that Stephen absolutely loves. His favorite thing is to connect and have lasting friendships with his clients. The advice and help that he lends during the whole real estate process for a buyer or seller is what makes him tick. It is a real pleasure to guide a first-time home buyer through the exciting process of purchasing a home. This includes helping that customer with what schools, doctors, attorneys, restaurants and everything else that he can do to help them get situated in a new community; or, helping a seller with getting the right people to do repairs, stage and prep the home prior to listing. Stephen loves to get referrals from past customers knowing that they have trust and confidence in him. He handles all types of properties from commercial, land, homes, condominiums, townhomes, multifamily and duplexes.
