First and foremost, we hope you are all healthy and safe at home. Secondly, we want to assure our clients that we are still moving forward with your important matters. Our world has changed, and so have our office procedures. Our office is closed to the public, unless we have made arrangements to meet. We are working to ensure everyone’s safety and are working from home whenever possible. All phone calls during working hours are being forwarded to us, and we continue to be available by email. We have a new lockbox outside our building where documents can be left. If you are dropping something off, we ask that you call or email us first. If we don’t need an original document, we can inform you of that, and ask that you email it to us instead. If a document contains privileged information, we can arrange for the email to be sent securely. We are still conducting closings, however the process has changed to ensure everyone's safety.
