how to negotiate and isn't afraid to go the extra mile. Licensed in 1997, I started my real estate career in the timeshare industry with Westgate Vacation Resorts. Although it was a great experience it wasn’t my true calling so I found a new direction and transferred into the new home construction industry as an on-site builder sales representative. Employed by Bovis Homes and Lexon Vacation Homes for a total of 8 years I gained knowledge about the new home construction industry and building plans. I also specialized in the vacation/short term rental housing market right next to one of the biggest tourist destinations, Walt Disney World. In 2007, and with the downturn of the Florida real estate market, I decided to make a career change and moved into selling residential real estate which I have been doing ever since. My passion is to help families conquer the dream of home ownership and former clients will agree that when it comes to buying or selling a home you’ll want to have me by your side!
