Let’s just say low inventory and those volatile interest rates are playing a BIG role. In many areas, the market is shifting...and that’s good news if you’ve been waiting on the sidelines.

So what does that mean if you’re buying?

✔️ More options.
You’re less likely to feel rushed or settle for a home that doesn’t quite fit.

✔️ Less competition.
More inventory = fewer bidding wars. That means a better chance to negotiate price, terms, or even seller credits.
