Every time I bought a big concert ticket, I new the price was outrageous. But if you want to see incredible talent like the Rolling Stones, etc. you pay it or simply miss the concert. Delighted with the jury verdict.

This tariff ruling is discussed ably by H&K. The interesting unknown is what new tariffs will be substituted and how quickly can refunds of these billions of dollars be made? I suggest the response will be quick to replace these tariffs and a much slower response to obtaining refunds.

The U.S. Supreme Court on February 20, 2026, held that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not authorize the president to impose tariffs.

Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr put forth that the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good in Minneapolis committed “murder.”

Mr. Kerr’s denial of due process is actually dangerous because so many Americans have little idea that everyone in this country is presumed innocent until found guilty by a jury of their peers.

No surprise, Steve Kerr plays to his ideological base in San Francisco. The problem is that he has influence among some younger Americans, including players on his team.
And he is leading them to a dark place.

If due process is not respected in the USA, we are on our way to anarchy and witch-hunting.
